Midwest Welding & Machine, Inc. has progressed in its’ capabilities throughout decades of operation to incorporate the newest industry technologies and standards, built upon the foundation of manual machining. These capabilities are used to repair, machine, and manufacture precision parts for various local and regional customers. Midwest accommodates a large range of part sizes and quantities to fit any projects needs. These parts can range from the size of a penny to large door or car engine block. The most current 3D Modeling CAD and CAM Software is employed to ensure the highest quality to the end user. Expert machinists and designers will work with customers to identify their needs in order to develop the most efficient design and process plan to manufacture. Midwest has the equipment, accompanied by an excellent staff, to diagnose, design, machine, weld, repair, and fabricate anything that will fit through the large bay doors. Midwest primarily uses CNC (Computer Numerical Control) equipment for its machining practices to achieve high tolerance, repeatability, and quick turn around time. When CNC set-up is cost prohibitive, parts will be made on our manual machines to ensure the best quote to our customers with a high degree of excellence.
