Air Compressor:
What is your service area?
We are Kaeser’s authorized distributor for the entire state of Montana as well as Northern Wyoming and Western North Dakota.
Do you only service and sell Kaeser compressors, vacuum units and blowers?
We are kaeser’s authorized distributor for our region, but our technicians can service most major brands.
How often do you recommend maintenance on my air compressor?
A preventative maintenance schedule varies based on the compressor’s enviroment, run hours and ambient temperature. We will use the manufacturer’s guidelines to make an appropriate maintenance schedule based on these factors.
Do you have rental options?
We do have portable and stationary rental units availble. Please contact us for availability.

Do you design complete air systems?
We provide complete air system sales, design, installation and maintenance. We create the best solution for your air system needs.
Fabrication:
What is your lead time?
Our lead time is typically 2 weeks, but that can vary due to different circumstances. Please email or call us for an upto date answer.
What materials can you work with?
Our team can handle a variety of materials, but typically we work with carbon steels, stainless steels and aluminum.
Do you have any job openings?
At this time we do not have any current openings. But please fill out the online application as we are always looking to improve our team.
How big of a project can you work on?
Our shop can handle a large range of part sizes. The main concern is our employees’ safety. Email or call us to see if we can fit your project in our shop.
Do you weld on site?
Yes. We have a mobile weld truck that allows us to weld on site.
Machining:
Do you do automotive machining?
No. We are not properly setup for automotive parts. There are other shops in the area that are better suited for that.
How big of part can you make?
Our biggest 3-axis machine can handle parts upto 20″ tall x 30″ wide x 60″ long.
What materials can you machine?
Our specialty is Aluminum, but we are also able to work with most plastics, carbon steels and stainless steels. We cannot work with hardened steels like Titanium or Inconel.
What tolerance can you work with?
We can hold down to ±0.0005″
Do you only make small batches of parts?
We can make however many parts needed. From small batches and one-offs to setting up an on-going production run.
Powder Coating:
Do I need to do any prep before powder coating?
All parts should be disassembled, and any materials that will melt in a 400-degree oven need to be removed before drop off. We will sandblat or steam clean the parts before coating.
What is your turnaround time?
We generally have a week and half lead time, but during the busy summer months our lead time can increase to 3 weeks.
Can you powder coat something that is already powder coated?
Yes. The current condition of the existing powder coat will determine how we proceed with the new powder coat.
How do I keep my parts clean after powder coating?
We suggest using warm water with a mild soap and a soft cloth. Do not use harmful chemicals like brake cleaner, acetone, etc.
Can I just paint my parts instead?
You can, but most paints will chip rather quickly. Powder coating uses a small electrostatic charge to bind the powder particles to the material resulting in a longer lasting and tougher coating.
Snowplows:
What brands do you offer?
We only sell Western snowplows, but we can service any brand.
How does the process work?
We will figure out the correct plow for your needs, then set up a drop off date. Once your vehicle is dropped off, our techs will bring it in and install all neccessary parts followed by a thorough inspection.
Are the plows only for large vehicles?
No. We offer a wide range of plow sizes to accomidate your needs.
Can I buy replacement parts?
Yes. We have a full stock of replacement parts, and if we don’t have what you need in stock then we can get the correct part on order for you.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, but the financing is for businesses only. There is a finance page on our “Resources” page.
Truck & Trailer:
What services do you offer?
We install bumpers, tow hitches, plow mounts, etc. onto your vehicle. We customize company vans with modular storage systems. We also repair and maintain your trailer(s).
What brand of hitch do you install?
We install B&W hitches and other hitches provided through etrailer.com
Can I put a tow hitch on my SUV?
Yes. Give us the make, model and year of your vehicle and we will find the correct hitch for your vehicle and install it.
Do you work on stock trailers?
Yes. We work on a variety of trailers, from small ulitity trailers to large stock trails and everything inbetween.
What kind of maintenance do you do on trailers?
We can repack bearings, swap out axles, repair wiring harnesses, etc. We can also set up a maintenance schedule if you have a fleet of trailers.
